If your users are having problems with your launcher, we are not liable nor responsible for this. Each PC setup is different and our support extends to you as the license holder. We will try our best to help and support you where possible but our liability for support stands with our software Game Launcher Creator V2 and the editor.
Licenses are NOT to be installed to a server with multiple user access. Our anti-piracy detection system is a very advanced algorithm that can and will detect misuse of the software license. Do not install GLC V2 to a shared computer or server online for others to access. The license is strictly a per-user license. If you have a team of users that need access to GLC V2, we can offer additional licenses for your team, much cheaper than the current sale price. Please email us regarding this.
We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website. No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libellous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
You may not use Game Launcher Creator to design nor develop custom launchers for other persons, companies or projects. The projects must be yours for personal or commercial use. You cannot use the software to generate launchers for other people, companies or game developments.
Upon purchase, you will be issued with a license key. This license key is allocated and licensed for use by the name on the card of purchase and as part of the EULA (End User License Agreement) to install the software, is non-transferable. This serial number belongs to the buyer and is valid for single installation use. If you require installing GLC on another computer and/or network, please contact us. You must ensure you keep your license key safe. If you share your license key, it could be blocked by our systems. If your license key is found accompanying a torrent download or shared files, it will be blocked immediately and we will not liaise with you about restoring the license key. Once it becomes invalid, it’s invalid indefinitely. Please keep your license key safe and do not share it with anybody else. Game Launcher Creator is a serialised product, that will require authentication when you load it up. This is an anti-piracy check so you will require an active internet connection.
Your GLCV2 License key enables you to create launchers for your own commercial and personal projects. You must not use your license to create launchers for other users projects, this includes using services like Fiverr. You can upgrade your license to a Commercial Vendor License which activates the clause below for your license.
Commercial Vendor License and Use
If you have purchased and upgraded your regular GLCV2 license to a commercial use license, once activated, this will enable you to create, design and distribute launchers specifically made for other users, companies and entities. There are no limits, for personal and commercial consumption by your clients. We still retain copyright of the launcher runtimes in accordance with these terms and conditions and our EULA, but the content inside the launchers (eg: images/sounds/videos/links) are all copyright to you and/or your client. Your client must come to you for updates/changes and they are also bound by the license terms and conditions and the EULA. You must still adhere to the license regulations set out in our EULA and our Terms and Conditions that it’s a single user license only you are permitted to use GLCV2 editor.
Our server hosting packages are supplied by and with courtesy from ClickFusion Hosting. If you sign up for a monthly or annually (yearly) Launcher Hosting product from Game Launcher Creator these same terms and conditions apply. You must ensure any files you host are authorised by you or your company. You must not use this service for illegal torrents, warez or distributing software, apps, images or any other form of media without consent from the owner. If DMCA requests are made, we will immediately ensure the offending content is removed and investigate this further.
All we ask in layman’s terms is, please ensure you don’t host anything on our servers which is copyright or trademarked to someone else. Please use common sense when upload and distributing content to our servers. Any offending content will be removed and the offending hosting account maybe terminated (without refund).
Uptime is guaranteed at 99.9% monthly. If there is to be any downtime, we will let you know in advance. We cannot guarantee 100% as we sometimes have to make hardware modifications to the servers such as upgrades. Sometimes the servers also require a reboot but manual downtime is kept to a minimum all year. Unlimited Bandwidth is subject to a fair usage policy. Our fair usage policy is pretty straight forward. The term ‘unlimited’ means unlimited whilst not affecting other services, other customers or other sites. Although bandwidth is not monitored for any particular accounts, you may see a cap applied if your server suddenly receives a particular number of hits or downloads. This is a security and preventative measure put in place for attacks, DDOS and to ensure smooth operation of other sites and services. Hosting services are non-refundable, however, exceptions can be made where we admit fault or we offer due to negligence of service. However, you are free to pause, suspend, resume, upgrade, downgrade or cancel our hosting services at any time.
The software is provided “as-is” upon purchase. However, due to the ongoing updates of supported versions of Windows and user drivers for hardware, we are constantly updating the software product. Bugs may arise in particular instances, out of our realm, but we always try to issue new updates every 1 – 2 weeks. However, we are not bound by any laws in which we must offer or publish any updates.
Game and Development Compatibility
Whilst GLCV2 can launch any executable on any given computer and any URL to any website, we have no control over whether these third party applications block resources such as custom launchers. If this is the case, this is out of our hands and we are not held liable for compatibility for any specific games or applications. Whilst we do try our best to ensure our product has the ability to launch games and into gameservers such as FiveM and Minecraft, the developers of any or said game, could block this access and this is beyond our control.
Our GLCV2 software is sold ‘as-is’ upon purchase. The primary job of GLCV2 is to allow you to create your own custom, portable game launchers and if launching into a particular game is blocked by that specific developer (third-party), you cannot use this against the terms of this license agreement and a refund will not be applicable. Although rest-assured, our support staff work around-the-clock to ensure compatibility remains for as many games and game engines as possible.
All valid customers are entitled to customer support via email, our Discord server and the website live chat. Please note, the website live chat is only available for sales/order/billing/website support. Product support should be provided via our Discord server or via email (email@example.com). Use of the Discord server is subject to our rules laid forth in the #Rules channel of our Discord server. Any breakage or violation of the Discord rules may result in your user account being kicked and/or banned. If this is the case, bans will not be redacted. Our default and primary source of support is via email at the above email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response and up to 72 hours on weekends.

We highly recommend you use your own graphics, sound effects and videos and avoid copyright infringement with content used in your Game Launchers. We at ByteBox Media are in no way responsible for users who distribute launchers that contain trademark or copyright files, images, sounds or videos. Users are responsible for their own content. We just supply the runtime executable that loads up user’s contents. Please refrain from using copyright or trademarked slogans, images, sounds or videos. Please distribute your launchers responsibly.
