AOPS Patching System

- Currently the patching system is entirely external and not actualy integrated into the launcher at all.
  There are no possibilities to show progress directly within the launcher,
  nor do we have the possibility to deactivate buttons during the patching progress.

- AOPS does not support any kind of patching into any kind of compressed libraries.
  Games are becoming larger every single year, the only way to keep them as small as possible is by compressing data. This does not only help to keep downloads and installation as small as possible, but also helps with security measurements by encrypting compressed data. I don't know how this issue could be properly tackled, but i also don't see a lot of use with the current system. Which game does NOT use compressed data libraries these days honestly?

I Agree 100%, just bought the launcher and my major issue is that the patcher system is kinda weird and has some limitations to it, as we don't have much freedom to mess around with the code we can't do anything, as of rn i'm stuck downloading 10gb of patches with 600kbs

This will be addressed in the next big update. I have already coded some new library functions for much, much faster downloads.
